Estate Planning

It is important to make sure your final wishes are carried out as you see fit. That’s why it’s critical to have the appropriate documents including a Will, Power of Attorney, and Living Will. Trust and Estate Administration

When a family member dies, there are a lot of tasks that need immediate attention. During this time of grieving it is beneficial to have a skilled and knowledgeable attorney personally represent the family in administering the estate including probating the Will, appointing an administrator, gathering and paying the bills, gathering and securing the assets, paying the taxes, distributing the estate and transferring real estate. There are many other details that may be required as well in which the firm can assist and represent clients at this difficult time. We can guide you through the entire estate administration process – from simple estates to contested and complex matters. This includes litigation in both Orphan's Court and the Register of Wills.

Real Estate

We represent individuals and companies and individuals in real estate matters including acquisition, financing, residential and commercial sales, commercial and residential leasing. We also handle litigation and dispute resolution including short sales, partition and ejectment matters.

Corporate Transactions

We handle all aspects of corporate transactional work, including corporate formation and board organization; preparing bylaws, corporate minutes, trademark and copyright applications.

Nonprofits

The firm works with nonprofits to apply for 501(c)3 tax exempt status applications along with general board counsel. We help nonprofits understand and comply with board member duty and liability; instruction on proper board procedures such as elections, notices of meetings and the preparation of meeting minutes; and establishing and complying with best practices.

Founded by Rhonda M. Anderson, Esq., ANDERSON LAW GROUP (ALG) is a woman-owned, client-centered firm with a passion for achieving high-impact, long-term rewards for our clients, while also providing resources to strengthen our communities. ALG provides legal and strategy consulting services to individuals, religious institutions, small businesses, and not-for-profit organizations.

Rhonda M. Anderson is a dedicated strategist with over twenty-five years of non-profit management, legal, and compliance experience. Attorney Anderson is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and focuses on estate planning, probate and real estate services.

Attorney Anderson earned her Juris Doctorate (law degree) from Temple University and an MBA in Finance from LaSalle University. She enthusiastically serves her community as an Advisor and Board Member to several community and nonprofit organizations, including birdSEED Foundation and Lion’s Story.
